I sold and bought a home with Sarah

I sold and bought a home with Sarah, and she made the complex intimating process simple; she even processed my loan, all in-house (love the loan package). The house she found me was bigger than what I had, in a better neighborhood and worth more; it's already gone up in value $75K! Sarah is professional through and through; she knows her stuff. I work late in the day and night, and she picked up all my calls. Any obstacles quickly resolved, does she ever sleep?
