Ordering was easy, shipping was quick and the customer care associate, Jeffer, was very helpful with a question I had about returns.

I ordered a shower wheelchair for my wife supposedly it was going to take 15 business days to arrive, we are in day 36 I don’t think it should take over a month to ship within United States I asked for a refund but reading reviews I doubt I ll get it. Not worth it order from a honest company.
