Exemplary service from start to finish.
Had to contact Luiza on customer services and she was excellent.
Very clear and straight forward informative advice.
Delivery was next day and I opted for 12 months interest free which made detector very affordable.

After a disappointing experience with another supplier, I ordered a metal detector from this company. It was delivered by courier the next day. I assembled it and was sorry to find that one small component was missing from the box, so I emailed Regton. I had an immediate response asking me to telephone, which I did, and spoke to an extremely helpful man (in fact, one of the directors) who apologised and posted out the missing component which arrived the next morning. On the basis of my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Regton as an excellent, customer focused, efficient company.

I bought a outer casting garret propointer. After 1 hour use it stopped working. It turned out that the led bulp was leaking and therefor the electrical components on the printplate started oxidating and the pinpointer was ruined. After sending an email to Regton about the issue i got very sad. What a poor aftersales. It is my fault because i installed the printplate into the newe outercasting myself. Therefor no guarantee was given. Many mails where send and after sending back the pinpointer, (cost for package sending14 euro) they found out i was right about the laeking of the led bulb. So a new outercasting was send to me which cost me another 14 euro import taxes. But no compensation for the broken pinpointer which was just 1 year old. If you buy a pinpointer outer casting which should be waterproof 6 meters they should give you a waterproof one so you can enjoy the under water hobby in your holliday.

Shamefull aftersales. Never again. Now i put 2 component material on the tip of the pinpointer casting to avoid buying a new outer casting again.

I placed an order worth over £300 for a Nokta Simplex Ultra Beginner Pack through Regton’s website. The next day, I had to call them to find out it had been cancelled — there was no email, no call, and no notification at all.

Their online chat was unresponsive, and when I finally reached someone by phone, there was no real apology or explanation. I’m now waiting for my refund to be processed.

I was genuinely shocked by how poor the communication and customer service were in this case. For a specialist retailer in this hobby, this level of service is unacceptable.

I will not be ordering from Regton again, and I strongly suggest others think carefully before placing an order.

Ordered an evolution digging spade Monday at 11am it arrived Tuesday at 12.25pm the next day. Brilliant company always friendly and happy to help also i have a 10% Discount code so I saved abit of money but to be honest the spade was an excellent price without the 10% off with my Discount Code. 5⭐️

Credit where due. New to the hobby I purchased from an online supplier my XP Deus. Suffering technical problems I was referred to Regton by a good friend who informed me, “These guys are Detectorists who know their stuff and not just salesmen”. How right he was! Regton didn’t care where I purchased it from. They only cared in solving the problem (electric board within the remote) on behalf of XP. I purchased a few more items from them and was absolutely amazed at the products on display and also their ‘finds’ cabinets which displayed obviously decades of detecting. I’m glad I came across Regton who will be my ‘go to’ on any further purchases. Thank you once again guys.

Sent back coil still in warranty with connection issues. regtons came back with report saying pcb cover cracked which not a manufacturing fault. My argument is if the plastic was well made and stronger it wouldn't have happened.Was offered second hand one for 150 pound , like really think iam going to pay 150 for second hand coil when brand new one only lasted 18 months, Got in touch with XP but they just waste of time , tried to highlight the problem on few Facebook groups warning people of the flimsy pcb cover and make them aware that it not covered under warranty. Only for posts to be taken down as they do not want you publishing negative things about XP or regtons because they sponsor the group with few gifts 🤣
So beware of XP warranty and regtons ability to do anything because regtons only punt the machines on so not much use to be honest

What an amazing company. Initially I called to enquire about a metal detector for our treasure hunting 9 year old. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We then went to store, to purchase and we met Aaron. He is so kind and patient and even gave my son a Pointer that some had donated. I can not tell you how happy that made our son. 100% recommend. Thank you! Great service! We'll let you know if he finds any treasure!!!!

I contacted Regton re a Garrett Ace 150 which had been sitting unloved and unused in my garage for the past 10 years. It initially came back to life but then (understandably) stopped working. I spoke with Aaron who couldn't have been more helpful. He suggested I send it to him to be assessed. It was repaired and returned within 7 days, Aaron even included a hat, magnifying glass, specimen bottles and 3 old pennies for my grandson. He is so excited to begin his 'treasure hunting'.
One is quick to criticise poor service these days however, Aaron went above and beyond - he was helpful, friendly, professional and offered advice for a novice.
I would not hesitate in recommending Aaron at Regton - if only all Customer Service was as good as this!!

Dealt with Regton's quite a few times. A great service and very quick to respond to any problems. Recently sorted out my Z-lynk pointer replacing the worn housing and a very reasonable cost. Shipped back to me within 24hrs. Thanks and definitely a 5☆ Company 👌👌

Returned my ORX detector for repair (well out of warranty and lots of use). I posted it on Monday and it was back with me on Wednesday. I expected a bill but there was no charge.
I have only ever had great advice and Service from knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff and have no hesitation in giving my highest praise and top recommendation.

Honestly you won't find better customer service anywhere. The staff really know their stuff and take time to explain all your questions thoroughly.

Website is broke. I can't open any links in the pull down menu, they lost a sale and had to buy from a competitor. Couldn't register as the captcha is unreadable. Their answer, ring them. What's the point of the website then?

Wow! outstanding service from Regtons. Ordered a replacement coil on-line via their web site and it was delivered 48 hours later! that was with the free postage option.

Nothing less than outstanding!
We called in today as 'newbie/wannabe' detectorists, looking for help and information.
We were very well looked after by Aaron who, although young in years was able to demonstrate his wealth of knowledge about everything metal detectoring!
We certainly received all the information we were looking for, plus loads more besides. Aaron talked us through the features of some of the many detectors in stock and confirmed that our original choice of machine would certainly suit our needs.
Aaron also showed us a couple of good publications, but without any pressure to buy, this we really appreciated. He then went on to tell us about some of the local clubs, one of which we will be sure to join.
All in all, a very pleasurable experience and we came away well equipped and with a lot more knowledge than we went in with.
If you need to know anything about metal detecting, we'd highly recommend Regtons!

Bought a evolution spade last night from these only to receive a call this morning from a man with very poor broken English saying no stock and iam now getting a refund i need this spade but not receiveing a refund for 3/5 working days i paid straight away !!!!!!!!! Please avoid these are very unprofessional service
