Not a Good Experience

I got charged way too much and their letter looked like a bill, I was really confused. When I called for help, the staff was rude and just wanted more money. I don’t recommend using them. It felt like a scam.

Good luck trying to contact this…

Good luck trying to contact this company. I'm trying to contact them and no luck. The bot on the website is terrible and i have left messages and emails with no luck.
Update - Finally got hold of them and issue was resolved.

This place is a total SCAM!

This place is a total SCAM!
They send you an official-looking renew letter for your business name prior to an official one from ASIC arrives. And they charge you 3 TIMES the registration fee!
I am not even sure why this scam is allowed to go on!
