What a delightful company! Everyone we have had dealings with has been superb - knowledgeable, polite, and very good humoured. Installation was completed within 2 days with no snags. I will certainly recommend you to any friends who ask!

We have just had an air source heat pump installed by Regen Renewables Ltd. The service throughout the pre installation, installation and post installation has been excellent. The installation team were outstanding, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, clean and very tidy.
I would recommend this product and company to anybody.

Great ASHP installation job by Curtis and Pete (and the electrician). All very well organised and tidy. They worked solidly throughout to get it done in a timely way, and although one or two snags still to be resolved (wrong sized radiator, lagging gaps), we are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Regen Renewables

Lots of people had said bad things about the heat source pump technology and I was somewhat anxious whether I was doing the right thing.
From the outset, my questions were answered, backed up with evidence, and at all times I knew exactly what to expect.
The initial survey ensured that everything would be sorted that needed it, the whole process was so efficient and the team of engineers were very knowledgeable and competent. Apart from a new heat pump and immersion heater, I would not know that three people had been working in my home for two days. It has been left immaculate.
I would recommend Regen to everyone.

The installers turned up bang on time, did a great job and very unobtrusive (I work from home), and fitted the whole system in a sometimes tricky environment with the minimum of fuss. Left the place all neat and tidy, cleaned up and hoovered after themselves and explained clearly how the system works. Very happy to recommend.

Absolutely excellent from the initial survey through to the installation. The whole installation only took 2 days with astoundingly little disruption. They had an unusual problem but I was kept fully informed and it was sorted with minimal fuss. The team were really pleasant to have around and did everything right.

After meeting Mark and talking about renewables my husband & I decided we would take the plunge and sign up to Regen renewables I can honestly say it was a good choice . On the day the work started we was more than happy with our decision. The work force were a delight to meet they worked extremely hard and the whole job was completed in two days so true to the work plan we’d signed up for. The system works like magic hot water on demand, the heating we know works perfectly although with warmer weather not needed at the moment but I’m sure will be perfect when winter comes. After completion we were give detailed information on how the system works a guided step by step talk through by our fitter.
We would definitely recommend this company 100%.

We had our air source heat pump installed on April 20th and with one minor fault which was rectified within 10 minutes of contacting regent Renewable s. This was a major change for us as my partner had worked with heating systems as a gas engineer and fitter for 50 years and was against heat pumps. From our very first experience with the salesman who answered all questions confidently was very patient, to then have a technical visit from Edgar who again answered all question confidently to my partners negative attitude to heat pumps. We decided to go ahead after talking to both guys who were very informative. The Installation was scheduled for 3 weeks later and the Curtis and Ali worked very professional didn't realize they were around cleaned up after each visit. took 2 days to install. The system is working exactly as we were told would definitely recommend this company they were very honest professional, Polite from start to end

The design and install went very well. There was one minor leak that was quickly dealt with.
The system keeps the house warm even in the coldest days that we had over last winter.
We did have a bit of delay getting an electrical certificate and one replacement part, otherwise it would have been a straight 5 stars.
One year on and we like the system, however, The first service did not go well and we are having to chase, chase, chase!!

Regen Renewables have been efficient and respectful from first assessment, through installation to final administration.
All our questions were answered at assessment by Mark.
The installers, led by James, worked hard, did their best not to intrude in our lives, invited questions and fully explained throughout the process, cleaned up, moved and returned furniture where necessary.
At the end of the installation a full “tour” and explanation of the system and how best to run it, was made.
The ‘back office’ administration was efficient and any queries answered with speed.
We would recommend this company.

He was very helpful, explained in detail what heat pumps are and if it was suitable for us and if we could save money. There was no pressure selling at all. Great person. would highly recommend company.

Very pleased with ASHP outside our conservatory, 12 kwh unit.
The 2 regen operatives couldn't have been more professional, they just worked very hard, nothing fazed them. I made that judgement based on the considerable amount of tools and equipment they carried into the conservatory.
The planned copper pipe run for the 28mm and 22mm route that I chose, didn't work. Not enough
room over the stairs area for all the pipework. So the regen guy's consulted with head office and we all agreed to move water cylinder tank from workshop to conservatory near ASHP. That scheme worked very well, with my woodwork skills retired, I was asked to modify an adjacent door into a fixed wall panel for attachìng various expansion tanks and gizmos. The 4 rows of glittering copper piping from the water cylinder through to airing cupboard upstairs where gas boiler used to be. A distance of 15m. Of that 4.4m between bedroom 3 floorboards and upstairs landing, and the electrition worked in the smallest cramped electric cupboard space managing to add new devices and wiring, it was mission impossible and they all cruised through one obstacle after another. And we have a lovely purring sight in our conservatory we love it. My wife can't believe we have hot water and hot radiators, after hearing all the hype that they don't work. Works very well Great job xxxxx

Just completed out initial conversations regarding heat pump installation with Mark from Regen. Being complete novices to this technology he clearly explained the benefits and process of installing such a system into our home, giving us all the information we need to make an informed choice as to whether this is right for us at this time. Thank you Mark for the information.

Had my initial discussion with Mark today,- I was very impressed with his help and guidance, it certainly gave me the confidence that this was a company I could depend on in the future.

I was impressed by this company's authoritative approach, with good explanations and no attempt at pressure-selling. The surveyor came to my house and made a detailed and careful study, taking a full day, in which we discussed the project in detail, including the routing of new pipes for extra radiators and the siting and electrical supply to the heat pump. Sadly, an air-source heat pump could not be fitted, because the main electrical cable supplying both my house and my neighbours had insuffient current capacity and was fused at only 60-80 Amps. A senior manager phoned the same day to confirm that Regen Renewables Ltd would refund in full my £350 deposit, since the cancellation was not due to any choice or action of mine. This is consistent with my impression that this is a straight-dealing highly professional and honest company. I am exploring (through UK Power Networks) having my power cable upgraded to an individual non-shared single phase or a three-phase supply and will certainly be returning to Regen if I can afford such an upgrade.

They were very helpful through all the process of fitting the air source heat pump. staff were friendly, polite, clean and tidy in their work.
