Worst office management experience ever – avoid Regencyre!…
We had an absolutely terrible experience with Regencyre as our office management company in Spectrum House (32-34 Gordon House rd NW51LP London UK) Throughout our lease, Regencyre refused to properly intervene or fix the heating system, leaving office temperatures uncomfortably low—between 12°C and 15°C during the winter months. This made working conditions extremely difficult.
When our lease ended, Regencyre delayed the return of our security deposit by a staggering 65 days, despite UK law requiring a return within 10 days. During this time, their manager lied in emails claiming the landlord had already transferred the money, causing unnecessary stress and frustration.
To make matters worse, 18 months after our lease ended, Regencyre demanded payment of retrospectively adjusted service charges for the period 2022–2023. This recalculation came an unbelievable 23 months after the charge period ended. Throughout the entire lease and even after lease ended, we've been forced to involve a solicitor multiple times just to get basic issues addressed.
Based on this experience, I strongly advise anyone considering renting office space managed by Regencyre in the UK to look elsewhere. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for tenant rights made this the worst rental experience we’ve ever had.
