Excellent light with beautiful patterned shades. Has really improved the overall light in our lounge. Delivery and order process was easy and any query before ordering was dealt with efficiently. I only wish they had done a matching floor lamp but can’t have everything!

I purchased two beautiful ceiling lights from this company who I found to be extremely efficient, speedy and professional. Lots of emails concerning delivery and the delivery company they use has the facility to change the date if their delivery date doesn’t suit. Overall, my experience was extremely good and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I broke one of the glass shades on my light fitting bought via Amazon. Email response from RegenBogen was friendly and positive, and delivery time for the replacements was reasonable

A better choice would be not to use DHL! Delivery promised for yesterday 18th January. Stayed at home all day - nothing, no explanation from DHL either. I used the tracking facility which this morning shows that the parcels were at Birmingham at 00.09 hrs - that’s today, presumably. Now are they going to deliver today, Monday - or when????? I cannot stay at home for three days waiting.
That explains my bad ‘experience’.

Hello all, recently bought Modern white LED sqaure flush ceiling light in orange with 6 lighting modes, very good product, best for the value, but orange frame panel came damaged, if it wouldn't be damaged then 5+ stars.

Company sent me damaged part, so all sorted now. Thank you so much. Can recommend this company and I will buy more stuff from them.

Good selection, the product looks good well packaged delivered it when they said they would. The only gripe is the website is a bit clunky.
