Ordering was easy, I liked the web site as it was smooth to use. I was kept up to date with the status of my order and it arrived a day early. My new clothes fit nicely and feel good on, bought in advance for a holiday next year.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, have been waiting for my things since 5 days as it appears, it's on the way since last 5 days in tracker but it hasn't moved even an inch . Tried contacting customer service but miserably everytime it's the AI stating they are looking after it and will contact after 48hrs, there is no proper staff to communicate. Its frustrating, the HELP service ( chat and telephone ) is nothing but a big dissapoitment
