Took my money immediately, then nothing. No portrait, no replies to any communication (either email or via their website). Four weeks now with no progress. Unacceptable.

I would like this matter investigated please in order to confirm if the promise made to me will be fulfilled (or not). Please see the attached original message from your company.

We do our best to ensure every detail is just right, so I'm truly sorry to hear that the arm proportions didn't feel quite natural in the final version. We completely understand how important those subtle elements are to the overall impression.

I hope someone in your organisation will take responsibility and make good your promise - after all, I did not ask for a replacement - your organisation offered it without solicitation on my part.

I might add…despite several emails over MONTHS of waiting…..I’ve received no reply and they have yet to make good their promise! Judge for yourselves potential customers.

This website is a scam. They take your money and disappear/delete their website.

This company call my landline at 10.30pm with some ridiculous garbled text message.
I wish they’d stop!
