Really professional service
Really professional service. Ordered the 5cm pink gold series collar over the weekend and realised a few hours later I had requested the wrong font on the embroidered collar. They had already sent the collar by the time they received my email but Laura contacted me and managed to cancel the original order that was already out heading to Ireland and made up a new collar and sent it on. Have to say after receiving the collar I was really impressed. It actually looks much better than what I thought it was going to be. 10/10 for service received and 10/10 for quality of collar.

Very easy to get the correct measurements for my cane corso!
Ordered and delivered very quickly so I’m very happy with the service!
The finish of the chain is absolutely stunning and is perfect.
The only thing I wish was they did a bigger width of the chain but other than that can not fault it! In love with my product

very satisfied
quick delivery and one of the items I wanted was out of stock but as soon as it was available I got an email and was able to order. I ordered the grey harness and matching lead, this has made it easier to train my new foster frenchie to do less pulling, the lead has multiple ways to use that makes it very functional overall I'm very happy with the service delivery and most of all the products.

My Boys New Collar
As an older person I found ordering my dogs collar very easy. The parcel arrived quicker than expected and I was always kept well informed about my items progress.
