Actually worse than the other "third party ASIC registered agents"

Actually worse than other scam registration companies lol. They don't even let you contact them to ask what they even do, this is just another "third party ASIC registered agent" AKA, a company that does the same thing you would do with ASIC, but for no reason and for more $, under the guise of helping. Disgraceful, and unethical, to think that young new business owners elderly would be tricked into taking this route.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Unsolicited mail sent encouraging renewal of business name at twice the price of standard ASIC renewal. Steer clear. Just another of many business name renewal scam companies.

I would give this company 0 if I could

I would give this company 0 if I could. They con people to think they are ASIC. You pay the invoice they send in the mail believing you are renewing your business name with ASIC. These types of tactics are fraudulent and when you realise the mistake you made they refuse to refund the entirety of the fees paid. So bad and shame on them. This is a common tactic and other companies do the same thing. Shame on you!!!

Beware of these scammers

Scam company, pretending to be official. They put threats of fines in their letter.

I can't believe ASIC let these scammers operate in Australia. Taking advantage of business owners often too busy to notice it's not official.

If you look at their 5 star reviews on Trustpilot, they are also fake. The reviews are from US, GB and other countries with AI generated gibberish. None of them would have renewed a business name in Australia.

Shouldn't even be a company

Scam company that pretends to be ASIC by emailing and mailing prior to your renewal dates and charging huge fees. No customer service, very dishonest business. Stay away at all costs.

Total scam

Total scam, they send you a letter in the mail and attempt to charge an massive fee to keep your business registered.

ASIC is where you renew at fraction of the cost.

Scamming operation

The 'business name renewal' letters you receive from these companies are a scam. Wait for the official ASIC renewable letter and save your money.

Scammers

Scammers. This is not the ASIC or any government department. They scrape your ABN and address from the ASIC web site and send you letters.

edit: 3rd invoice received in the mail.

They obviously make a killing on this as they can afford to send millions of emails in the physical mail system.

It is truly incredible the government even allows this.

DON'T! EVER! NEVER!

First of all, they sent you an unsolicited mail to mailbox, which looked very identical to that of ASIC letter for your business name renewal, and here’s the unethical part: they exorbitantly marked up the renewal price.

My advice to you all, go and renew your business name on the ASIC website, pay at the official price and don’t engage this company. All it takes is a few minutes of your time and keep more money in your pocket.

My message to reg.com.au go do something more honest, instead of crying over actual reviews caused by your own wrongdoings.

1 year renewal
Asic $39
Registration p/l $99 !!!!!

3 year renewal

Asic $89
Registration p/l $189 !!!!

No wonder their directors don't show their faces/names on their own website.

This is a new company sending…

This is a new company sending unsolicited mail advertising business name registration for three times the price.
Not sure how this is still allowed. They should be forced to move the message indicating this isn't official information to the top. Also not sure where they are scraping everyones business data from. This should also be forbidden.
