My company review from Registration was a breeze! I didn’t have to call nobody or send any papers in the mail. Just logged in and boom, it was done. It’s really good to have it all saved there too, in case I need it later. Much better than trying to keep track of stuff myself!

I got a letter saying I needed to renew something for my business. I got really worried, I thought I was gonna get in trouble! But these folks were really helpful. They let me call them, and a nice person talked me through it. It wasn't too bad, and now it's all done. Cost me a bit of money, but I'm glad it's over with.

Renewing my business was a big worry. I’m not good at these things, and I was scared I’d do it wrong. The letter they sent was really clear. It told me exactly where to go online to pay. I just clicked a few buttons and it was done! It’s good to know it’s sorted now.

Total scam and fraud. Uses a colour scheme to look like a real government body.

Like others said - it is formatted to look like a bill from ASIC but it is a SCAM!

SCAM!!! Avoid. I paid $499 assuming this was ASIC. Trying to get it back. AVOID AVOID! DO NOT PAY! How is this company allowed to operate?

Deceptive, sending invoices for services you didn't ask for but making it look like a legitimate bill that you need to pay.

Scammers who try to trick people into paying business name renewals with official looking letters. This type of thing is far too common and should be illegal. Someone needs to end these parasite businesses.

Scam. Check the other reviews. Why the Australian regulators don't shut it down is amazing.

I am extremely disappointed and concerned by this company’s practices. The “renewal notice” I received was formatted to look like an official ASIC letter, with no clear indication that this party service charging inflated fees. The presentation is, in my view, deliberately misleading and creates the impression of a government requirement.
After realising this was not an ASIC notice (after receiving a renewal notice directly from ASIC), I attempted to request a refund immediately — and that’s when things became even more alarming.
Calling the company only led to an automated digital service with no option to speak to a real person. I attempted to submit a support ticket several times. When it finally went through, I received an almost instant automated message saying the renewal had already been processed and the ticket was closed. This happened far too quickly to be legitimate customer support.
I have since sent multiple follow-up emails and have received no response whatsoever.
The lack of transparency, the misleading presentation of their mail, and the complete avoidance of customer contact raise serious questions about their business practices. This behaviour borders on what the ACCC defines as misleading and deceptive conduct, I have escalated this this matter to the ACCC scam watch.
Small business owners deserve honesty — not tactics that rely on confusion, and inaccessible support systems.
I strongly urge others to avoid this service entirely and renew directly with ASIC. I'm now $198.00 out of pocket and my business name isn't renewed. I now need to pay for this directly with ASIC.

Fraudulent service scraping through ASIC databases to send to businesses hoping they use their services (charging double) instead of ASIC.

This website is a total scam who send out invoices to be paid for your business registration. Do not pay this invoice. All they do is take your money and you actually get nothing for it. They pry on small business owners. How is this company allowed to operate and why have they not been shut down.

This is a scam. Their invoice actually says 'you do not have to pay any money'. Very poor form - should be closed down by ASIC.
