The worst web shop ever.
I bought a laptop from this web shop, and when I received it, it wasn't working, it had a problem with the SSD so I contact them and sent back..
after 10 days I received again with the same problem, so they didn't even checked it. So again i sent an email, No answer , another mail , No answer..
I tried on Facebook so I could have an answer.
I asked them to give my money back, so I sent the laptop on my own cost to the neverlands , about 20 euro...
after a week I received an email which saying that they cant send my money back because the laptop was damaged on the way to them and they sent me photos which a child from 4 years can see that it is not the truth...
It is just a group of beginner whom trying to sell sh.. to people..
NOT RECOMENDED. Sham on them.

Laptop works perfectly. Saved a lot of money by not buying "new" . Delivered the day after I ordered it. Helpful customer service team too.

Great purchase
I ordered a dell latitude laptop and I'm very happy with it! It functions great and has everything I need. Super fast and perfect for me. I definitely recommend it. It's a great purchase :)

SCAM
SCAM. Wouldn’t trust refurbo at all. Tons of defects, laptop barely works. 500€ on a MacBook laptop. Ridiculous. What a scam.

Purchased a refurbished Lenovo thinkpad…
Purchased a refurbished Lenovo thinkpad T430.
It is junk and should never have been resold. The keys stick. The mousepad works sometimes but you can see the center is worn. The CD/DVD drive never worked. Once it a while it spins, attempts to open but can only be opened with a pin. Got it open one time, inserted disk but will not work. Laptop will not acknowledge it's own drive. I called Lenovo and they blew me off then they said I missed the deadline by a day so they flipped me off. Refurbo should never have sold this laptop as it was too defective. They denied selling me the laptop until I provided the online email confirm and order#. I provided Trustpilot with sale order and send email but heard nothing back. I would never ever recommend Refurbo
