The company is not one we will ever deal with again

Unfortunately, the company is not one we will ever deal with again
We purchased a laptop pc and after receiving advice that they were running behind on deliveries!! At the time i placed the order the item was in stock!!! I did some checking. Rang the web site phone number only to get a person who tells me he doesn't work at the company any longer and that he has repeatedly asked them to change the number. He provided another number which went unanswered. The tax invoice/receipt we have received does not quote an AU ABN number despite the company being a PTY LTD AU Company
Kogan.com.au which provides this seller with a platform to sell their goods has also been totally unhelpful. So we have not received any product, we have had no response from the company and have lost some $7500.00

Scammers

Item definitely not a refurbished, quality-branded item but a cheap piece of crap with the quality brand's logo obviously and shoddily stuck on afterwards. The model number on the item does not match any models ever produced by the brand. Scam website, do not shop with them
