I hope so that i have it wrong and that they forgot me,
and send me the money...........

Have been waiting for my phone for over a week and I still haven't gotten an answer from customer service. Haven't gotten a tracking code either, only for the iPad I bought at the same time. Didn't read the other reviews on here until now and I'm very scared for my money

Absoultely terrible company. Ordered a telephone which showed next day delivery. After 10 days and many calls, no one knows where the telephone is, asked for a refund. I am added to the refund list… apparently there is a refund list. Says enough. Hopefully within 14 days im told. Avoid at all costs.Money returned after 3 days of cancellation. Thankyou.

Worst order experience so far!! PLEASE don’t order anything on refurbished.nl.
I ordered a MacBook air 2020.
On the website it says: gets delivered the next day. NONSENSE!
I waited longer then 2 months!
When I finally received the Macbook, it was damaged.. not how I ordered it online!
So I tried to get in touch with the customer service, super hard to get in contact with them.
After a lot of messages I finally had the opportunity to return my MacBook to the company and get my money back.
BUT, after 3 months of waiting and a lot of more message’s. I STILL HAVEN’T GOT MY MONEY BACK..!!
They only apologize that they have problems with the company and it take some more time, but for me it feels like im never get my money back?

Returned phone after 3 weeks waiting for an returns label,
Confirmation of return 18 July 23
Email saying “15 working days for refund”
Many emails and msgs sent
Fobbed off with an answer about being short staffed (still okay to take customers money though!)
27 Sept 23 - still chasing refund.

This website is a scam!
I ordered a phone, screen protector and a case! on the website it said " order today and you receive the order tomorrow" of course this didn't happen, 2 weeks later, still I received nothing, I call the customer service, they pick up after more than 1 hour waiting on the line, and the employee says that there is a problem with the shipping company, and it will take 2 more weeks!!! I say ok, I will wait, then I receive an email saying that the phone I ordered is not in stock! so I have to wait until the new stock! and no one knows when that will be! then I cancel my order and wait for a refund, again I call, they pick up after more than 1 and half hour waiting on the line, they say we will give you refund within 2 weeks! of course, that was a lie as well, they sent a refund but only for the phone not the cover or screen protector after another 2 weeks, because they sent me the cover and screen protector, I return these stuff and again ask for a refund, they again say 2 weeks, and of course I received nothing, after 2 weeks they say after the weekend, still nothing! and until now I didn't get a refund! this started 2 months ago! and until now I don't have the full refund, non of the products I ordered, and not even an apology or compensation, they are very rude, and they are lying about having products that they actually don't have in stock, they made me pay for a product they don't have, they didn't do full refund yet after 2 months, this website is a scam, I will never order from them again and will make sure all the people I know don't order from them, very suspicious, I hope at some point they send me my money back but I lost hope and now I'll have to go to court for this! very very very bad experience.
I'm also seeing this happened with many other people! they defiantly stole all the money from customers.

Don't buy anything through here! Fraud!!!! 4 months have passed and I still haven't received my cell phone, I asked for a refund and they haven't given me any money even after several calls to customer support. A shame, the page looks "Green" and credible but it's all a big lie!! I'm seriously thinking about taking legal action.

Horrible experience. Sent back my broken AirPods months ago for a repair and after weeks (in which it was impossible to get into contact with customer service) got a email stating that I will instead be reimbursed. The money was supposed to be in my bank account within 15 days - this was now more than 4 weeks ago, I still have not received any money.

I ordered iPhone XR. No iPhone, no refund for 1,5 months already.
Pure scam company.

I have been waiting over 2 months for my money back. I have been promised the money back on 4 occasions through previous email responses and still nothing. This is absolutely devastating as I am a student and cannot afford a new laptop until I get my money back. I have tried ringing multiple times and can never get through. I will not stop hounding them until I get the money back. Absolutely ridiculous - terrible terrible company from what I've experienced. They've lost potential future customer and I will not be recommending them to anybody!
Give me my money back NOW!

Great Company with beautiful products nice packed and fast delivery

Ordered an ipad, 345 euro. Could not be delivered. Order was canceled, but till date after numerous efforts still no refund (6 weeks). So, no other choice then to involve a lawyer.

Today Sept. 12th still no refund!

I ordered and paid for an iPad more than three weeks ago, but I never got a confirmation e-mail that it has been sent, although the website promises next-day delivery for this product.

I reached out to customer service after 3 days, they replied "I expect the product to be sent this week" (which it obviously did not), and they have completely stopped replying to any of my later messages. I also tried to call them, but have used up all my calling credit after waiting for a very long time in the queue, and still never managed to get to speak to anyone.

Even if I wanted to, I don't know how I would cancel this purchase and order from another website...

From my experience is an absolute scam: I ordered a product that they claimed would be delivered in 24h, after three days they say that it is not ready and it will take a week. The week is gone and the product is never ready, I asked for a cancellation and reimbursement. They say I’ll get it in 15 working days, after that time no money back. I contact the company again and they say that I will have the money in three days. Three days are gone and I have no money and no device. Opening a process with a consumer protection association to try to solve it. Do not order anything from this company.

I ordered an iPhone from Refusbished.nl , ten days ago with a promise of 24 hour delivery. I have to date received NO phone, NO tracking number and NO explanation. I have contacted the call centre on multiple occasions - including holding on for 2 HOURS today before the phone call cut off before I could even speak to an operator (I was still number 5 in the queue!). On each occasion I have been assured that the phone I ordered would be “sent the next day”. This has been false on each occasion. I have been thoroughly let down by Refurbished.nl and their customer service.

Ordered an iPhone 12 refurbished from Swappie on line. Payment was made in full, received a confirmation email minutes later, etc.

Two days later, Swappie sent an email regretting to cancel order, no explanation what so ever. Asked why, was given vague excuses that there was malfunctions with receipt of payment. My bank statement was clear that order was transmitted. Swappie promised to refund in a week, which was done. But still no explanation for cancelation. Swappie never seemed interested in the business, never asked to reorder, etc. BIG let down, second to third disaster in as many months trying to order a refurbished phone on line. It's the Wild Wild West out there and many services are popping up online with impressive web pages. One rule of thumb, identify an address of the business and phone number to make contact.

Ordered an iPhone, I’ve been waiting for a month now. A lot of promises that are not fulfilled about when it would be delivered. Will not order from this site again

I ordered a phone and waited 3 days and it still hadn’t shipped. After multiple attempts to contact customer service, I was told the phone was out of stock and their website was out of date. I was then promised a refund in 5 days, then 10, then 15, and then immediately after yet another email and after 20 days, I’m still waiting for a refund.

Everybody who s been promised money return and did not recieve anything (even a message) after 15 days(in my case it s 25 days), contact me on instagram @tacomto ( i cannot share email on this site) , me and my dutch friend is workin on a lawsuit , we can help you too. Btw i ordered 6.7.2023 and canceled next week right after.

Saw a refurbished iPhone 11 for €430 on their website.
Ordered and got a confirmation email.
After a week with no more correspondence I asked for an update.
Got a reply that they were sorry but had cancelled my order (no more info) and customer services would contact me re a refund.
Sent 2 more emails asking when I will get my money back into my credit card - no replies yet.
Will not be using them again.
