Save yourself the god-ato wful headaches

I wish I had read the BBB complaints before purchasing a printer that never worked. I originally ordered and paid $188.00 for a dual trays laser printer they have listed on this website. I received a call from a fork tongue charlatan that tricked me into believing that the more expensive printer was brand new and is a much better option. I asked him how much was the shipping cost and he told me that because I would be spending over $500, shipping is free, lies, he charged me $50.00 for shipping. I received the printer and the printer didn't work. I called and told him that the printer didn't work. I informed him that I wanted a return label, he told me that I could not return it. He told me that his IT department would help me set it up, (laughable). I spoke with the IT manager, who told me that he would have his IT guy call me back (I never got a call back). Almost two weeks later, I called the printer manufacturer and left a message for their manager, two days later I got a call back from one of the manager, I explained that one of their dealer sold me a defective product and refused to take it back. After doing some research, the manager explained that they they're not affiliated with Refurbexpert or any of their affiliates; refurbexperts purchased used products from places like eBay, clean them up and resell them (which explains why they didn't have a manual and why the expensive warranty they sold me was completely useless). The manager called them, things were said that I cannot repeat, twenty (20) minutes later, someone from refurbexperts called and told me that they were sending me two return labels. From start-up to finish, they held my $710. 00 hostage for over two months. (Did I mention that I needed this printer for business purposes). I wish I could have written this review with -1,000 stars.

STAY AWAY!!!!!

I am a small business owner the printer i normally use is the hp1300 and i loved that printer truly a work horse. it finally went out and i decided its time to get a new one. i looked high and low could not find anything similar to it. i found refurbexperts.com and for 150 for the printer i thought good deal. i made a phone call and it went from 150 to 250 which at the time i was like OK fine when you don't have a choice and you need something price is not an option. took a month to receive it which is understandable due to the pandemic. opened it from the box and opening the cover for the ink it was hard to open and a piece of plastic came out. initially it worked fine until it started chewing multiple pieces of paper, i spent more time removing the chewed up paper than anything. I called kevin and he redirected me to mike i guess who is the technician that fixes printers via email. i never got a response back i finally decided to make a phone call and they said the warranty is up...... great. i told them the issue and they said that the roller is the issue which i did check it looks more worn out than my old one. which makes me wonder your job is to fix printers, shouldn't the roller be the first thing addressed i mean it takes paper to print if it doesnt take paper whats the point!. its like doing a oil change and not adding oil to a engine. and they even said oh its human error. my job is not to fix printers initially it should of been the first thing addressed.

never do business with these guys

Purchased 5 HP1320n printers

Purchased 5 HP1320n printers. 4 of the 5 had black toner stains on the exterior of the printers. I tried using a cleaning solution and then alcohol to try to get the stains off. Some came off but the printers are just plain ugly. They do all work, although 1 is so noisy when it prints that I cannot put it into an office environment. I realize these are refurbs, but they should at least be somewhat clean when delivered.

SCAM! This is a bait and switch company.

This is a bait and switch company plain and simple. They advertise items at a low prices then send you an email stating you need to confirm your order for "security" purposes. Then they tell you there was a problem with the order and offer to sell you something else.
Oldest scam in the book... Stay clear

Fantastic Range!

I was crazy on my old faithful HP, it served me so well for all these yrs. I was searching on-line to buy the same again but I could not find it anywhere -it has been discontinued. I am so excited to have found a refurbished model on Refurbexperts. Next time Refurbexperts will be my first stop. :)

MASSIVE BAIT AND SWITCH OPERATION

These guys have to be shut down by the Better Business Bureau. Never have I purchased something only to get an email asking to "clarify" my order after the purchase.

Only then is it made clear that the actual price is TRIPLE, YES TRIPLE what the listed price was--the product simply will not function unless you purchase the add-ons.

The thing which attracted me frankly was the lesser price, but you will be paying more than any of the other listed prices in the end.

DON'T FALL FOR IT! It is a racket to end all rackets.

This is the only site with Good reviews- MMMmmmmm.....

Very unhappy with the experience. I ordered 2 printers totaling $250. Only later did I find out the pictures did not represent the printer, so I purchased extra paper trays, which cost a lot more in shipping. Sy called me to up sell me and totally confused telling me what a great deal I was getting by getting reconditioned printers instead of the refurbished and never mentioning that I would be receiving 2 paper trays- when we discussed that I needed only 1. In the end, I spent $423 for the same printer I can get elsewhere for max $125. They decided to charge me a 30% restocking fee and the return shipping- so "satisfaction guaranteed" means nothing to them.
They have offered e to return the paper trays at my shipping expense ( about $30) for them to refund me $17 per tray. Really? And they took 2 weeks to get here!
After reading many other bad reviews on other sites ex.(resellerratings)- I see our stories are all similar!
Lesson Learned.

Helpful!

The guys working for this company are really helpful, and have tons of patience! They helped me decide which printer would fit my needs best, and since it is a refurbished machine, the price was really attractive!Thankyou!
