Followed prompts for an immediate refund to bank. Return/refund page loaded and was shown to be successful, but I never received my immediate refund as promised. I even waited 8 hours, yet it never arrived in my bank. When searching for my order number on their site for an update or problem, it says the return was already completed. However, my account "orders" does not list the return under complete OR action needed. I had to input my card information AND social security number. Customer service won't let me submit a a help form. This site is sketchy and should be avoided at all costs.

Realised that refundid were withdrawing $3.99 from my account each month for a subscription that I don’t recall even signing up to?! I used refundid once as the shop I purchased from (Witchery) isn’t located in my State, and this was the only way to arrange a refund. Since then, I’ve had money deducted from my account for at least 6 months. Scam!!

Thank you for the quick and smooth refund process.
Just brief feedback on the product: the underwire is not a full cup shape and only sits underneath the bust, so it doesn’t provide enough support and tends to push the bust together in an unflattering way.
I hope this helps for future design improvements.

So they deduct $15 but they don't give you a QR code so you've got a manage your own shipping this is kind of a joke

I found it very confusing. It refused to take my license and number twice even though both times I had entered it correctly. Had to go and use my Medicare card. Eventually I thought it was all a bit complicated for a fairly simple return.

Returning a gift that was the wrong size. This was very easy, parcel back in original packing, printed off label, refunded before I even got to the post office

Refund it took an extra $7.90 out of my account.

Absolutely easy as, love the option to have the refunded money back into my bank account instantly without any issues.

Delivery was late then it cost me $21.70 to try my item on to find to big then return at high cost to me very disappointed won’t be shopping with you again rip off and cannot get passed insurance amount till you click.

Platform is great when it works but when something goes wrong and you need support or service - forget it.
Customer support and help does not exist.

Be careful with Refundid, it has hidden fees. It’s cool how you get the money back as soon as you complete your return form but however, pay attention to the things you click.
I made a return for an item from Witchery, they have a free return policy but with Refundid I paid the return label, only noticed after I clicked.

Refundid Australia is extremely unresponsive and when responding to queries they generate auto responses. They have no chat service or phone to sort out any issues. The refunds have been harder than they were previously.

City beach sent me the wrong size shoes then charge me $10 to return item. Not my mistake but theirs. Should not be charged for City beach mistake.

I used Refundid for a product return, because it was honestly hard to avoid on the website, but it seemed fine. However, I posted the package back 4 days after making the request (well under the maximum 7), and my refund has been removed from my bank account. Unless they expect the parcel to arrive at its destination within 7 days (which is beyond my control), I don't understand why my money has been taken. I will avoid this service like the plague in future, it's too sketchy. I'm just hoping they actually help me get my money back.

I will stop using refundid when they have sneaky charges of $10 for carbon offset!! What a scam… never again and they hide it in the small print.
