It doesn't stay connected
It doesn't stay connected, and manually contacting Refunder to get it added is time consuming and irritating. When it works it's great, sadly, that isn't often!

I'm sorry to hear that your purchases does not always register automaticly. The reason for this might be that there is some kind of AdlBock installed on the browser, so if you're using AdBlock please uninstall it while shopping through Refunder. It may also be due to voucher codes, if you use a voucher the store does not provides us with any comission.
You can report your untracked purchases that is up to two months old via the formular below, then we will look into why it has not been registered.
