I love the bed don’t get me wrong.
However the customer experience is a disaster. I have ordered my bed in December 2022. After countless delays I received my bed around June 2022. The original delivery estimate was 14 days.
Due to the delays etc. They were so kind to offer me a free night desk as a compensation. Both of them arrived around October or so this year. However one of them was damaged during the shipping process and I emailed them and got the news that they will send me a replacement promptly.
After a long journey I can say that all issues have been resolved and that the customer service team reached out promptly to find a suitable resolution after this review has been written.

Great quality, amazing colour, very very easy and quick to assemble. Very helpful customer service. Delivery time was a bit later than expected but that was fine. Definitely recommend!

Recieved a few months ago and looks so good. I moved since and reassembled the frame which is 1,000,000x easier than any other experience I have. Plus it looks awesome.

Quick delivery to door, easy to assemble and really nice looking design. We are very happy with the color combinations you can make with the nigh stands, which are easy to apply and have great functionality with to shelves.

Bed looks great, is sturdy so far, quality materials, quick delivery, easy packaging, only very minor flaw is that one wooden element of my slats has a large piece that's almost chipped off. I assume just bad luck. Overall worthy of 5 stars! Looking forward to many years with this bed.

Perfect bed. Love the simplicity and attention to detail of the design. Smoothest setup imaginable, and the side table addition makes for the perfect nightstand. Have already recommended it to all my friends and will continue to do so!

I bought the first in 2022 and now I have 2 beds in my house and 2 in my summerhouse.
I love the simple modern design, the high quality, with the fantastic easy assembly system. It takes no time!
The bed is heavy and sturdy, but looks light and airy. And I love the high quality of the brushed aluminium and the side tables.
I have had good help from the company in choosing sizes and colours and they are very easy to communicate with.
I found ReFramed on the Instagram and got inspired from the “in my rooms” stories. Loved it!

I now have an opinion on what a bed frame should be like. Not only a practical element but also an aesthetic piece of furniture.

I love my ReFramed after months of use. I chose to purchase because of the modern design and the fact that it is made of recycled aluminium. Delivery was speedy and I was pleasantly surprise of the ease of assembling the bed (Took me 20 mins on my own - I would recommend being 2 as you have to flip the bed).

I will get side tables in the future.

I LOVE this bed frame. It's beautiful and minimalistic. The side tables fit wonderfully and you can style them neatly. I have it in white, with white side tables. the assemble was easy and it was delivered straight to my door. Would 5/5 recommend!

I bought a bed frame from ReFramed and received it 3 days afterward. It only took 5 minutes to assemble and it looks amazing in full aluminum. I can't image having a cooler bed than what I do now.

The perfect bed frame. Not only does the 'Deep Red' bed frame make my bedroom look absolutely stunning. It was also assembled in minutes and delivered in record time. I love the ease of opening a box and then being able to set up my bed in literally two minutes.
