I absolutely appreciate Reflx Lab for their innovation in film photography and photography in general. I have ordered mored than 10 times from Reflxlab and have always been very, very happy with their products and service.

Excellent buying experience! I was looking for a light meter replacement for my old Rollei 35S and Reflxlab Light Meter, small, effective, affordable and accurate satisfied my needs. Moreover the assistance of Mr. Yongxiang to find the shipping that seemed missing has been definitely supportive.

The Reflx meter is a fabulous little bit of kit. It sits unobtrusively atop my Leica iic and looks very much as though it belongs there. Much smaller than any of the shoe-mounted meters made originally for these cameras, it combines style and modern technology to produce an accurate meter that is straightforward to use and looks very much at home on these vintage cameras. If you don't want it on view, it will easily slip into any pocket out of the way. My only minor quibble is the choice of battery. A 2032 would have been easier to obtain, albeit that it may have made this diminutive device a few mm larger. Overall, an excellent bit of kit combined with a really good price and first class aftermarket service. Highly recommended

Initially I thought my 5 rolls of film were being sent to not only the wrong address but to a completely different state lol but the communication was clear and I was reminded on how much the GPS systems we tend to rely on arent always spot-on. Saying all of that to say, I wouldnt hesitate to continue buying and supporting. Communication and customer service is very important, and these guys get it.

Simple to use, nice built quality and very compact

In the past, when I ordered single or a couple rolls of 35 mm film, 2 of the largest suppliers in the US would take the cassettes, not in a factory box and stick it in a bubble wrap envelop. Now, judging from how packages are handled that left me reluctant to purchase. Reflxlab had each roll in a box then placed those boxes in a sturdy box. I haven't shot them yet but if the film quality is this good, will be ordering more.. and I am primarily a 4x5 shooter.

Reflxlab team helped me out when I had a shipping issue for my package (it was not their fault). I was pleasantly impressed by their response time and the urgency with which they fixed my issue. I will absolutely buy from them again. They just shipped out a replacement and I’m happy they did because the item (Ricoh battery case) is great! Will definitely buy from them again.

I have ordered from Reflx Lab now three different times. Very easy process. Received my packages within 1-2 weeks from ordering. Yongxiang was also very helpful in resolving a missing package.

Really awesome team and I will continue to buy more. I can’t wait until they restock 250D in 220.

So i bought a mini flash 2 maybe 3 years ago and it died recently. I wrote to them to see if there was anything I could do to potentially fix the flash but they just ended up sending me a brand new one!

Reflex Lab accidentally sent me a different film stock than the one I ordered, but they are quick to respond via email and sent me replacement free of charge.
