This was not the pharmacy I was ordering from, somehow they intercepted an order I was placing with another clinic. When I received the order, then realized it was from the wrong place. I contacted them. I’ve had no response from their support team. The doctor prescribed the incorrect dose. I am returning the unopened package and disputing the charge on my credit card. 
I always refer to Trustpilot before ordering products and their rating was much lower than the company I was originally trying to order from.

“Refills.com Sales Guy” is how I have customer support listed on my cell phone. They contacted me when I had not finished my profile and payment (because I went to bed). We worked something out.
While I am getting reviewed by a provider, to hopefully get my first portion of a 6-month dose, I wanted to give a shout-out to “Refills.com Sales Guy” for answering very quickly, being very knowledgeable, being friendly and direct, and overall a real professional. Way to go above and beyond!!
I have been on the name-brand version of my medication but affording it seemed increasingly impossible. My insurance does not cover it. As a medical professional, I have trust in the system. I know I am getting what I need, at a price I can afford, with refills.com.

More expensive than other companies and abhorrent customer service. They sent me the wrong dosage and ignored my multiple attempts to reach out to them for clarification. They basically push you to a new random support person every conversation and none of them know what they’re doing. VERY SCAMMY. I recommend trying another company.

Ok until it wasn’t. The other reviews are correct. I needed to delay my most recent shipment due to travel. This was confirmed by refills customer support weeks before it was supposed to ship. Obviously, they charged me regardless. I contacted them immediately with a screenshot of their confirmation that it wasn’t supposed to ship yet, and asked to cancel and reverse the charge. They cancelled my order, but still charged me and still shipped, and have refused to refund me. They told me I should have informed them a week prior, when the screenshot of them confirming the correct shipment date was over two weeks in advance. Customer service just makes up excuses and lies.
My meds were ruined due to their negligence and lack of customer service and they are refusing to refund despite proof that they shipped too early. I’ve disputed this charge with my bank with this proof and cancelled my account.
I unfortunately can NOT recommend this company unless you enjoy paying for things that you won’t get or will be incorrect.

I don’t think highly about most of the service I’ve received from this company. I made it clear that I was charged a second time for my next dose and even provided proof. But of course they found a way to get out of it. I was told that not to worry, my issue has been resolved, and my next dose would be shipped out immediately, then that was immediately taken back…. 3X!!! They are unreal and I know a lot of people that will definitely not come to them for service and/or stop their current commitment with this “company”. And as far as me being out $200, I guarantee Refills.com will make a right on that.

I give 3 stars..because everything was great until my medication went up! They only sent maybe 2.5 weeks instead of 4! I've reached out via chat on site and I get a reply back from which obviously was a computer! And they make this right it goes to at least 4 stars from me!

They are fine until you require actual customer service, and then you find out they don’t possess that skill. I ordered a specific med, I was sent an incorrect med, and they will not respond to my messages and emails. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Terrible! Once I ordered and gave my card info I couldn’t log back on to the website! I called at least 5 times no response. I’ve also emailed and keep being told to log in to my account but I can’t get in! I sent an e-mail to cancel and was told it would be done. I also disputed the charges with my credit card company! Guess what ? I received a shipment today which I will not be paying for! Go elsewhere!!!!!

The company stated: “all accounts are set to autofill treatment which is disclosed and required to be agreed to before an order is placed… I am unable to refund or cancel an order that has already been sent to pharmacy and shipped.”
Charging consumers through a default auto-renewal without clear, informed, and affirmative consent is deceptive and misleading.

STAY AWAY!!!I ordered Wegovy...they required me to send a picture of my meds....they are trying to send Ozempic needles. I have messaged them 7 times and they keep offering everything except for the Wegovy I ordered....STAY AWAY!!

And paid on a Tuesday. I never heard if I was approved or not even though I kept messaging them. Finally on Friday they told me there was an error with my questionier and to call them. When I called it prompted me to leave a message due to high call volume. The recording stated they would call me back in the order my call was received. They never called. I requested a refund via the messaging on the app
And I will never do business with them again
