I placed an order for Tirzepatide on 2/13 and it has been in sent to pharmacy status since 2/14. I placed an additional order for NAD+, which is also stuck in sent to pharmacy status.
In the initial reply from the prescriber, it was stated that I would receive my medication within 3-5 business days. I understand that delays happen, but I reach out to their support team on 3 occasions starting on 2/14 with no response. Zero support and zero updates from their team via email or otherwise despite collecting payment for both orders. I work in healthtech myself, and this is unacceptable.

I placed an order on 2/13, today is 2/17 and I’ve received no update on status of my order/delivery (when I log in it still shows “sent to pharmacy”). I’ve sent a message via chat, an email, and left a voicemail. For having just spent $700+, I’d expect to get some sort of update, response and/or decent customer service. Lack of Human Interaction
From the moment I tried to get in touch with my doctor through Refills, it became clear that customer service is not a priority. All communication is automated; my calls went directly to voicemail, where I was left to leave messages that seemingly vanished into the void. Despite leaving over seven messages on various days, I received no response. This lack of human interaction is not only inconvenient but also incredibly disheartening when it comes to managing your health.
Suspicion of Fabricated Reviews
As I scoured through what appeared to be overwhelmingly positive reviews, I couldn't shake the feeling that many of them were written by employees attempting to bolster the company's image. It feels disingenuous when the actual service is so lacking.
Refund Issues
To make matters worse, I was forced to return medication due to receiving the wrong dosage. I expect a full refund, as I had sent payment in good faith. However, the process has been nothing short of a nightmare. There seems to be zero accountability or transparency regarding refunds, adding to my frustrations.
If you value your health and money, I strongly advise steering clear of Refills. The service is not only mortifying but also potentially detrimental to your well-being. I hope my experience helps others avoid the same pitfalls I encountered.
UPDATE:
The response from refills is unclear as to who they sent the voicemail to because I sure didn't get one. I don't know what escalated means to them as I still have not received any contact or any new updated steps taken to correct this matter and send my full funds back to me.

I have been using refills.com for sometime now and every transaction has been flawless. I ran into a bump one time but it was of my own doing and they were very helpful and fixed it quickly. I have always gotten my packages in a very timely manner, usually within about 3 days, never longer. I'm getting a good price, good service and I'm happy where I am with them. I have sent actually many people to them both from online and in real life. I am as pleased with them as I was with Lily direct previously. The only difference is a whole lot of money.

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but this is getting ridiculous. I was put on a maintenance dose when I should be on 2.5 tirzepatide. I’ve tried repeatedly to call and I’m always told to leave my number and they will call back. Never received a call back! I want this fixed and I want to cancel my account with refills.com. I was initially worried about using a Telehealth as I'm an RN in a hospital and used to traditional health care. Refills by far exceed any expectations. They provide excellent communication by email, text, app, social media, etc. They are available for questions and guidance if needed.
