Super helpful team.
Second time ordering with A&H. The team were super helpful after I enquired about an estimated delivery date (I was waiting for some bits to come into stock and didn’t realise so a bit cheeky from me!).
Once everything was available they dispatched it straight away and even upgraded my postage to get it to me quicker. Very generous of them.

Excellent service every time! I regularly purchase my refereing supplies from A&H and they never disappoint, always prompt with delivery, response times and any questions. Any issues have always been resolved the same or next day. Couldn't recommend them enough :D

You first contacted us on Thursday 20th March regarding the orders you had placed this month, and we responded on Sunday 22nd March.
On 26th March, you replied to our email to let us know that two items were missing from the package you had received the week before. We replied within 30 minutes to confirm that we would resend the missing items.
The two items were re-dispatched on 27th March and delivered to you on 28th March.
Having reviewed the email correspondence, I cannot see that any blame was placed on you at any stage. I have, however, sent a follow-up email to better understand what more we could have done to improve your experience.
We do not currently have a mobile number for you, so email has been our only way of contacting you.

Fantastic service from start to finish
I had a brilliant experience with Matt and the team at A&H Referee Equipment. The service was fantastic from start to finish. They were able to answer all of the queries I had quickly and clearly, which made the whole process really easy.
Delivery was super speedy, and when my order arrived, the quality of the products was excellent too. You can tell they take pride in both their customer service and the standard of their work.

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky, which is why we include a size guide with measurements on the product page to help customers choose the best fit, as sizes can vary between different brands. The shirt sent was the size you selected when ordering.
Because the shirt was personalised with a badge, it is classed as a personalised item and is therefore non-returnable, in line with the information shown on the product page and in our terms and conditions, and also UK Consumer law. We cannot remove the badge without causing irreversible damage to the shirt.
We appreciate that this may be disappointing, but we did follow the policy provided at the point of purchase.
We’re sorry again that this was not the outcome you had hoped for. We did try to explain this to you prior to the review you informed us you would be leaving on Trustpilot.

A second yellow card
I have used A & H quite a few times and I have never had any kind of issue with them.
Around the 10th of March I ordered a set of personalised referee cards. I received an email from A & H to say that they cards had been made and here is the tracking number. That number never moved from the Royal Mail depot it was picked up from. I raised this with A & H who said they would look into it and contact Royal Mail for an explanation. Royal Mail are still apparently still looking for the package.
I raused this with A & H around 2 weeks later, the company said that they would try and get anoset made and posted out for Friday ( a 3 day turn around). I am still waiting to get any information from them if they were able to make the cards and get them posted out.
As I have said this is the first time that I have had any problem with them. Keeping me updated has been quite poor.

We are very sorry for the delay.
Your personalised cards were dispatched on 2nd March, but unfortunately appear to have been lost by Royal Mail in transit. We were not aware there was an issue until you contacted us on the evening of Tuesday 17th March, and we then contacted our Royal Mail account manager the following working day to raise this urgently.
As soon as you told us of the lost package, we arranged for a replacement set to be produced at our cost. We did also explain that personalised cards usually take around 10 days to make due to the printing process, although we had hoped to have them ready sooner (I.e Friday).
Your replacement cards are due to be dispatched by the end of this week, and we have updated you on this directly. We are sorry again for the frustration caused and also apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for losing your original package.
Good Products - Delivery & Communication Spot On
Multi order placed for kits and accessories including badges on shirt. The ordering process was quick and easy, the communication and confirmation was good giving you confidence everything was being worked on in the background. The items arrived on time as expected and all good quality. ( I should have ordered smaller shorts and larger socks but this is on me) I would recommend and use in the future without hesitation.

I’ve bought several items from A&H…
I’ve bought several items from A&H International Referee Equipment this year and everything has arrived within a reasonable time. The service has been reliable and the products have always been as expected.
Prices could perhaps be a little cheaper, and it would be good to see free shipping offered once you spend over a certain amount. Apart from those small points, they’re a great little company and one I’d happily continue buying from.
