I would advise against signing…

I would advise against signing up...they took my personal details when I registered but I can see they have not been even paying 1p on TFL travel for literally years as they say they can't link to your TFL account. #fail!

Fantastic service - negative reviews are from those who don’t understand how it works.

Incredible and fantastic service that got me back several hundred pounds over the course of a year from train delays.

I’m quite astonished as to how anyone can leave negative reviews for what is a 100% absolutely free service, provided to passengers out of kindness, by someone in spare time.

Before bashing these folks - and displaying how amazingly pig ignorant you are - perhaps you should do a little research into why the service stopped working - it was not the fault of train reeclaim whatsoever.

In the middle 2019 TfL was subject to a credential stuffing attack on their website, against oyster accounts, because of their own poor security practices. Because of this attack, they then changed their website and made it impossible for this automated service to continue working - with no warning, no advance notice whatsoever.

The developers behind this site have worked their socks off to get the service back up and running again in beta. Once Covid lockdown is over I look forward to being able to use it again.

Easy money

It takes less than 5 minutes to sign up and from there I randomly get emails that I’ve been awarded a refund for trains I don’t even remember being delayed. I don’t know why everyone doesn’t have this

Works great for me

I was very skeptical about handing over the reins of my account in order for them to check for refunds automatically, and whilst I'm still a little uneasy, it has however proven to be very useful, having a good £15 refunded within my first few weeks. I would recommend as trains are often delayed with no accountability!

Never miss a public transport refund again

Fantastic! Every time I am delayed for more than 15 minutes on a tube journey Train Reeclaim makes a refund request on my behalf. I am sure lots of people miss out because they forget to make a claim after waiting until the next day (TFL can’t process refund requests on the same day as they occur!!) and go through the online refund request form. Signing up to Train Reeclaim is a one-off process and in future you just wait for all the refunds you are entitled to come through without doing anything. Highly recommend to any fellow London tube commuters

Signed up in 1 minute

Signed up in 1 minute, I got a refund (from almost a month back) the very same day.
Couldn't have been more straightforward and effortless!
