I attended the Kanban Flow Manager course facilitated by David. I'm so glad I did. David is super knowledgable not just about Kanban but on Agile, Lean amongst other topics - which added depth to the session. I walked away with practical solutions to my long-standing workflow issues which I can implement straight away. Moreover, thanks to David's amazing facilitatiins skills, I've really understood how to leverage metrics to help guide my teams to improve flow without increasing stress. Understanding CFDs and lead time distribution charts is one thing, but I got to experience first hand the power of how to leverage them as a narrative building and coaching tools. I would highly recommend this course and David as a facilitator.

I’ve worked with David at Red Tangerine at two different companies now to train our dev teams on Scrum, and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. I am very happy with the training I received. The trainer was very organised and knowledgeable and his style and pace suited me perfectly. The balance between lecture style learning and group activities worked well and the virtual format was smoothly managed.
