This is an awful company in terms of service. I had a problem with one of the locks. It was simply not good enough and the door jammed. I could not get into my own shed. But I also could not reach redshed at all. Eventually I got in touch with somebody in the Philippines. But they Didnt pass on the issue and I had to pay someone to come out and get into my own shed. DO NOT TOUCH
Please don't order on this website - it looks great, professional. But delivery is a disaster. They cannot guarantee delivery dates, you'll end up waiting all day and nothing will arrive. They refuse to deliver on Saturdays. I've canceled my order and hope PayPal will get my money back. Search for reviews on kybotech and you will find more negative reviews of this same company. Its a shambolic, shameful company that should be avoided
I purchased an item from this company last month but item never received. I called them more then 12 times but they always lied to me that they have dispatched item by nightfreight courier. When I have spoken then courier confirmed me that they didn't receive any order from them for me. Last three weeks I have tried to resolve the issue but their very rude customer service team didn't help me at all; their customer service is totally disaster. I have sent 8 emails to them to refund my money but no response and no phone call from them.
