The salaries are always circa what our client is willing to pay up to and the final offer is determined by our client and not us, this would have been outlined on your signed contract. Often the offer is based on experience in the industry and what a candidate skill set is too. In regard to the job, we always give a job description that the company has given to us prior to interview.
