We also have a place an order to Rednux…

We also have a place an order to Rednux for our whole house back in June (2021) and pay them the required deposit. But up to this moment we do not hear anything back fro them, regarding our order, on when the equipment will arrive and when they are going to install the in our house. We email them many times but with no reply, we try to call them but cannot found anyone to answer the phone. Where can we report them and how can we just get our deposit back? We are American and not sure where to complain about them. Any help will be very much appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

They are no good for business!

They are really a bad company. They have recieved the payment and no order was sent. They cancelled the order and they do not pay the money back. I will go for my lawyer as well. Just do not trust them.
