Chinese ripoff!!!
I paid over a thousand dollars for their "best" phone. They push regular updates that contain MALWARE! I'm not kidding. It's a chinese company branch of ZTE. It is full of bugs and issues. I have to power cycle my phone twice a day or more because it will not switch cell towers or use WIFI calling without hard power cycling it. They're so obsessed with running spyware on the phone that they broke the actual phone functionality.
Support is a bad joke just like you would expect from a shady chinese company. They don't even read the emails they get. All you will get is pre-canned worthless answer saying to do the things that I already told them I did in advance. They will only string you along until the 15 day return policy is past. Then they will ghost you!
