Tried this treatment as had read a lot about red light therapy and was keen to see if it would work for me.
Nicole explained the treatment before I had it and discussed what benefits I was hoping to achieve. The light was placed over me whilst lying on a beauty couch. I was given eye goggles to protect my eyes.
The light felt very relaxing and soothing. I will be returning for more treatments.
