I recently received very poor customer service whilst telephoning the office about my online order. Condescending is too mild a word for her poor, bullish attitude. I made a formal written complaint and was informed, by email, that it had been passed to a Company Director to deal with. That was weeks ago and the silence is, quite frankly, deafening. I have been a long term customer but in the end, remember folks, you are just an order number/statistic. Interesting how the company advertises they offer...."Superior Personal Service". Just another company with a pipe dream I'm afraid. Very disappointed.
