I have been a customer of Red Dot Cameras since 2017 and, in the past, they have been a good vendor to do business with. My recent experience however has changed my outlook completely and, in no circumstances, will I deal with them again.

Excellent service

I recently spent a good deal of money on a camera and lenses from Red Dot. Before hand their comms on stock checking were excellent.

Sadly there was in issue with the camera - NOT the fault of the store - but where you measure a store on service is how they deal with the problem

Ivor and team were superb, approaching it logically and then, pretty quickly getting me a new camera body and a collection on the same day.

Cannot fault their approach to an issue. First class.

I bought two secondhand lenses from Red Dot Cameras Ltd both arrived quickly but both arrived very dirty and had been stored without front caps so had heavy dust/grease on the lens not what I would expect from this premier camera shop.
The offered me a refund but that would not put right the fact they sent out lenses without cleaning to a new customer.

I ordered camera Leica Q2 which was delivered on time, spent well over £5k including extra battery’s & protector, it was quick service, which I appreciate, how ever once I opened the box the packaging seems opened as it was all cringe, but the camera looked new no sign of any marks, I kept a photo if need to be seen, that’s why I gave 3 stars, when you spent £5k you want it brand new as it was described,
