I thoroughly enjoyed working with Christy and Carson. Carson and his team are very knowledgeable in regard to Podio and what makes that software tick. Honestly the thing I liked most about working with them was how clear they set expectations. Everything from what they were going to work on to when they were going to work on them. We had several calls at different stages of this whole process. First call to get alignment on what we wanted done. Second call, Carson explained what he wanted to do with our requests, then we dedicated a couple of days to answering questions as Carson and Team worked through our requests and then a final call to discuss all the changes. All of these changes were laid out very nicely and explained in a word doc. Couldn't have asked for better service. When taking your business to the next level you want to surround yourself with all stars. Red Cliff Labs has an all-star team, and I couldn't have been more impressed. They have helped us tremendously.
