Avoid Redcliffe Labs – Complete Scam!

I made the biggest mistake by getting a blood test done through Redcliffe Labs. As soon as I showed interest, a woman with a very sweet voice immediately reached out and convinced me they were the best in the business. But trust me, it was all a trap. I ended up paying around ₹10,000 for a test, and they never issued an invoice, nor did they provide a proper report. When I finally got my report, the values were completely incorrect. I had to get the test redone at another lab. I called them about 50 times before they finally sent the report in two parts.

They are playing with your health for money, and I lost both my money and trust. This company is a complete scam. I don’t want anyone else to fall victim to their dishonest and dangerous practices. Be extremely cautious and avoid wasting your time and money on them.

I would like to share my disappointing experience with Redcliffe Labs. I got my reports done through them, and the results were incorrect. I realized this after repeating the tests at a reputed hospital, where the results showed a significant difference.

Despite following up with Redcliffe Labs multiple times, I eventually got the tests redone. The second set of results showed all values within the normal range, which was concerning. During a call with the doctor provided by them, they offered excuses and attempted to market their own supplements instead of addressing the issue.

It seems like their process might involve averaging results based on AI predictions for age and location rather than conducting actual lab tests. Although their customer service is responsive, I find it difficult to trust them based on this experience.

They were following a blood collection schedule, but no one arrived for the fixed time for blood collection. After calling customer care multiple times, they were bothered by the lack of proper replies. After the sixth call, customer care informed that the schedule had not fixed and not been accepted.

I wish I could give a zero to this lab. I have life threatening allergy issues for years and I have recently done comprehensive allergy panel test in this lab. But to my utter surprise, when I received my report yesterday, it says I'm allergic to only four types of house dusts and four fruits that I never take. The hundred items I'm highly allergic are not in their list My doctors are now asking me to go for another allergy panel test from a reliable lab. I have demanded for a retest using all the parameters( ironically 240 as they claim) for which they take Rs 7000/- . But they are still trying to fool me with their so called authenticity certificate. This lab is 100% FRAUD who gives fake reports and plays with the lives of serious patients. If you want to save the lives of your dear ones, do not ever approach this lab. They are cheater, they are looter.
****Adding a note after seeing this fraud company's repeated vague attempt to fool me by their self acclaimed authenticity certificate. It's more a matter of common sense to go through the medical history of a serious patient while giving an allergy test report than trying to convince the accuracy of your fake report.

Worst experience I got wrong report for sugar for my wife it was 180!! And we panicked and I had to check again from another lab and got 102!!! I will never recommend this lab booking id:10395373

Had one of the best experiences with Redcliffe Labs, got a timely sample collector visiting and reports were bang on time with a free smart report. All this at a decent price, much lower than other brands. would recommend strongly to others

You guys are cheating us..my family member get tested tsh that was 14.75 and next day got tested and result is 9.1.

How is it possible

I had a bad experience because they were unable to generate reports even after 28 hours of sample collection, and the samples were not kept in an icebox after collection. I now doubt the authenticity of the reports.

Very rude & impolite !

Zero star. Pathetic service. They are just playing with the patients. I booked tests for my father on 8th June and was about to get the report Max within 48 hours. They just provided with partial report and hold result of one test (Dengue) even after 48 hours. Now just think criticality of my situation, if at all my father is suffering from Dengue, his samples were collected on 8th June and today till the time I have not received the report, now in these 3 days times what would be his health? Very inhuman, poor communication and totally un-empathic service. I have decided to totally boycott RedCliff Labs.

Our organization has booked corporate booking from this lab and they have addressed the wrong information of the person on the report . & changed it after chasing the whole day with them, in second incidence the person was supposed to collect the Blood sample in between 6 to 7 am. however he did not pickup the sample and informed the customer that ,since you have not picked up the call I am not able to collect your sample. on the other side customer is not having any missed calls in her phone Even if the situation would have been correct, its the responsibility of the collection person to inform them through the security this has shown the extreme irresponsible behavior and will not recommend this Lab to any one. & they need to understand that giving discount without service will not give them business!!!

Worst redcliff lab of Bilaspur no proper staff no proper management and overall misleading people for many hours

30 mins before I put my details for appointment and after 10 to 15 mins I received a call and one agent name ayush gupta. After briefing about the package I asked for the price and he told me that the normal body checkup price is 8000 but our special offer is ongoing now so you will get 70% off so your final price is 1799. I just ask him why you people written price of rs 399 so he asked me that that was for child and the behavior is too rude. I am from a customer service industry but seriously his behavior is unacceptable as well as @redcliffelabs is fraud. Requested to every people don't reach again to this site.

Hopeless customer service, 0 help received. takes 5 days plus to give one report. super disappointed.

well, its pretty clear any 5* review here is most probably a fake review. they are the worst lab you could go for. They claim lowest prices which is not worth as the reports take a long time. In my case the sample was taken 3 days back and the reports were not given . All they said that they process samples thrice, which is utter bull....it. and told that they need a re-sampling. Finally we filed for a refund and they said we will get a link to refund, which has not come. fraudsters they are, avoid anything with them

Worst experience from your call centre I am going to share my experience all the place possible. You guys are trying to cheat people my hiring marketing agents and trying to sell check up packages. Instead of hearing to what the customer wants. Call time 8.30 at 19 Jan 2024.
The agent is trying to explain the importance of health check up and trying to mimic as if he is a doctor. Very bad to see business motive in health matters, very much disappointed.

I took full body checkup. As per the report I was detected with diabetes and high triglycerides but when I got report done from another lab..it was all normal. These people sell medicines by giving false report. Beware ⚠️

I don't feel safe after sample collection, the guy didn't wear any glove, didn't sanitize the area to collect sample, nor I am trusting if the needle was unused.
Didn't know how to put bandaid properly.
Not sure if the sample was stored properly.
I have given sample through Apollo and 1mg, I felt safe.
I was trying to save few bucks, which is making me anxious now. Please don't try saving money and go for reliable companies.

I have already submitted my test I'd and registered Mobil number through email. But just now i have got an email stating that I haven't submitted anything to you.

Don't trust this lab. I don't think their report is reliable. Only few days back I experienced this myself my wife's CRP value in their report was above 15 and same day when I went to other lab for same test . This time it was 2.99. now they r not responding to us.
