I have had this bath for six years and haven't had an issue with it until recently. The Wash/Rinse handle gave way so no water came through the shower hose. I rang the company and asked for help, but I was informed that they do not offer a maintenance service to come out and fix it. They gave DIY advice over the phone, but this turned out to be useless. They sent out a replacement part but the maintenance man could not install it because some of the connecting pipes were screwed and glued into place. To be specific - silicone was put into the screw threads which meant you couldn't disconnect the relevant pipes without causing further damage. In other words - its seems to be designed in such a way that repairs are almost impossible, which explains why they don't offer a repair service. It's not a bad product but almost impossible to fix when it goes faulty, so WARNING to anyone who is considering buying one. So disappointed with regards of the service, considering the exuberant price they charge. Wont be purchasing from this company again!

I was sent my new hydrobath at the end of October and it has already broken. Prior to this - staff were typically good sales people. Very helpful and friendly. Until you have an issue.

The part they sent out for me to rewire myself was faulty on arrival. I called them to report this and was met with the most dithering, useless woman on the phone. Everytime I said I wanted to raise a complaint I was met with silence. Sometimes a grunt. She said she would call me back after speaking to an engineer and never called.

I called back and was met with the most entitled brattish sounding man who again, would go silent on a request to raise a complaint. Literally. This is no exaggeration.
Neither people cared that this was the busiest season for a dog groomer and didn't care that I would be loosing out on hundreds of pounds in income. Not to mention reputation as a new groomer in the area.

The worst part of all is this bath cost THOUSANDS of pounds and you are treated with such disdain - as if you were complaining about a faulty pen. Not an item of significant cost.

Disgusting customer service - I would highly recommend you AVOID and use another company. I wish I did!

Wow. What can I say. This company is amazing. They only sell the best products, the customer service is second to none, simply the best, always happy to help. Just how a company should be.
