They processed my order within 3 days. Super fast delivery and really prompt.

Great quality products. I bought a "poster" and the print on it was incredible.

They suspend artists' accounts without proper explanation

I'm really upset with RedBubble.

I had an artist's account with them for about 2 years, uploaded lots of artwork onto their site and was earning reasonable money, then for some reason they suspended and closed my account without any clear explanation.

I messaged them apologising if I had made a genuine mistake but all I got was an anonymous email saying that their decision was final!

A bit of respect for their artist's would be appreciated!

No Customer Service

I ordered a gift for my husband. The t-Shirt came with a hole in it before he could even wear it. I have submitted a return request two times in over a week and have not gotten any replies. I submitted the first request within one day of receiving the t-Shirt in the mail.
Completely unacceptable customer service.

VERY impressive!

I was VERY impressed with the speed of service for the DollyWood T-shirt I ordered, including shipping from the USA.
Quality of printing and fabric of T-shirt were exceptional.
Well done Redbubble.

The mugs aren't the best quality

I purchased some coasters and mug at Christmas.

They arrived in good time and I liked everything, especially the mug. This was a gift for my boyfriend and he loved it, and has used it most mornings since.

He mainly washes it in the sink, and occasionally in the dishwasher, and I'm sad to see that 3 months later there's a scratch near the top and several small chips at the base. This ruins the blue colouring.

I hoped it would last longer, so I'm hesitant to recommend them
