Friendly and helpful

I'm a complete noob and forgot to enter the promo code when I signed up - they were very quick to respond to my query and told me to contact them when I had placed my bet - they would then credit my account. I then got all confused about how I should place my free bet and they were really helpful and patient in talking me through the process.

Thieves

Thieves! I joined because of a 20/1 offer posted by Redbet and it does not exist once my funds were deposited. They then said I needed to wager my deposit in the Casino before I could withdraw anything.

DO NOT DEPOSIT WITH REDBET!!!

DO NOT DEPOSIT WITH REDBET!!!

I do not know how in the world they are allowed a UK licence let alone allowed to operate, Shame on you UK gambling commission!

I withdrawn just a small amount over 3 weeks ago to advise it was refunded, after a week i contact them again to be told it hasnt been refunded and i need to send ID documents (There was no email from them or request for this before), I supplied those documents that day to be told the money will be withdrawn within 72 hours and in my account within 1-5 working days.... another week has passed since then and they are now ignoring my emails

I have gone on live chat to be told they have raised it with the payments department but couldn't give me a timescale

Something very wrong is going on at Redbet, You can see the other reviews here that are all negative and all similar issues!

I am now going to report to the UK Gambling commision.

DO NOT DEPOSIT, FIND ANOTHER BETTING COMPANY

Hi Ian,

Sorry to hear about your experience with redbet. I am not able to comment personally on your case, as I do not have all the facts.

I understand the verification process can be frustrating on occasion for some players, this is a process we do have to follow through with. This is not the way we at redbet usually work and our withdrawal and verification process is normally very fast. Once your account has been fully verified, withdrawals can be almost instant.

We have some amazing well-trained customer service agents looking forward to chat with you, please get back in touch so we can get this resolved for you.

Look forward to hearing from you!

Scam bookies - will not allow you to withdraw ANY deposited funds unless wagered once

(NOTE - THIS IS A REVIEW OF BOTH BETTING GODS AND REDBET)

Been getting emails from them awhile now. Don't mind as their tips are relatively better than most.

Yesterday I was offered a sign up bonus with Redbet.com - 10 to 1 on England to beat Croatia in the World Cup semi finals. Up to £50 bet too! Lovely.

Only, I have joined Redbet through two different accounts and can safely say it is a scam. You need to pass ALL verification before being able to deposit. That takes "at least 48 hours." The sign up offer was made to new cmrs 48 hours before kick off. See the problem here?

I spoke to two staff at this Redbet. Worst cmr service ever at a book. Zero help.

So basically this is a scam book. And a scam promotion to harvest email addresses. I've come across them before in the industry.

I do not appreciate having my time wasted by Betting Gods in this way.

EDIT: I have been contacted by Daren Moore CEO of Betting Gods, asking why I have made this review about his company, and not Redbet.

My problem with Betting Gods is that they were the ones who recommended Redbet. They are on commission. That is why I am complaining about Betting Gods. For the sake of fairness this review will also shortly be posted on Redbet's section.

Since my original complaint there have been further things to complain about re: Betting Gods AND Redbet.

I am from the USA. I joined this book, passing their verification process (eventually) with barely an hour to place the previously mentioned bet on the England game.

Having deposited the £50 as per Betting God's email ("Best pat: you can get £50 on this bet") I then read the terms and conditions and found that this England game bonus would only pay a maximum of £50 back - so you could not in fact bet £50 at the advertised odds of 10 to 1 - or you could, you just wouldn't get the money back if England won, past £50.

So a proper scam.

I then only bet a fiver and withdrew the rest. That's the total amount that you could bet at the great odds.

Redbet then got in touch to tell me that I could not withdraw any money and only place it on bets - as per their terms and conditions.
For the first time ever, I have come across a book that insist that any money you deposit MUST be wagered at least once before you can withdraw. This is not money going on bonuses or special offers - they actually insist you bet any money deposited, or they won't allow you to withdraw it. Like going in a bank and placing money in an account and then the bank tell you you cannot have it back unless you place a bunch of bets first. Unbelievable.

I then tried to place a bet on France to win the World Cup, the remaining £45, which would have won me £100, only to be locked out of my account because I am "accessing from the USA" which they consider a restricted territory. Even though I JOINED from the USA. I LIVE in the USA.

It has been almost two weeks since this happened. They still have my money, and I have spent about $325 on phonecalls to them.

A complete and utter scam bookie, which Betting Gods were promoting.

I am now taking them to Court using the European Union Small Claims Cross Border Procedure.

I'm a 60 year old woman

I'm a 60 year old woman - Redbet are doing their best to prevent me from withdrawing a small amount of money from their website.

I signed up about 4 years ago and verified my account.
Since this time I have had various new debit cards all of which we're verified by Redbet by the usual method of emailing pics front and back of card.
Problem starts here!!!!
On making a withdrawal this time I was asked to verify my latest new debit card by sending in pics. I done this as per usual.
This time Redbet decide this isn't good enough they require pics of all my old debit cards from years gone by.
WHO KEEPS THEIR OLD DEBIT CARDS??????
Obviously I cant do this....So they now decide to send me to my bank and ask for a letter saying all my old cards have expired.
WHAT BANK DOES THIS??????????

Come on, this ridiculous.....
I would like to here from Rebet on this matter before I make a complaint to IBAS.

Not getting my money back

Avoid them at all cost. Locked my account accusing me for have been chip dumping, when I just played with my friend. Confiscated 220€ without any reason... Usually I don’t play poker just table games and slots, this time we wanted to have some fun together. So I deposited with trustly without bonus and my friend with coupon code also without bonus and played a few hands... logged out and went to roulette and slots. Suddenly I got a mail from them where they accuse me for have been chip dumping. What a big fat joke!!! Avoid them at all cost I ve been playing online casino at 20 different casinos never ever in my life had this kind of trouble. But if they want to confiscate 220€ that s up to them...they ll lose much more not getting my audience (affiliate) and my money plus they will get a lot of bad reviews from me.

READ THE REVIEWS

I wish I'd read the reviews before signing up. I signed up, was able to deposit £10, then my account was locked. I emailed twice throughout the week (no response), and then spoke to their customer service, who said I needed to send my verification documents. I sent them through, and have heard nothing. In the meantime I continue to get emails through, but I can't even access the account.

I understand if they need to verify ID before allowing people to withdraw / deposits, but taking money and then completely locking people out of their accounts without any insight as to why, is completely unacceptable.

STAY AWAY.

Worst scam company ever

Worst scam company ever.

Not sure how these got a license for uk gambling?

Accept deposits and then lock the account and request documents. Then they keep telling me few more days. It's been weeks!

Wish the gambling commission would shut these con artists down but they're probably receiving a pay off!

Don't play here.

They wanted signed solicitor ID documents to withdraw my money!

I signed up, tried to deposit £10 and it went through. I lost my bet and followed up with another £10 bet which I won (£120). They immediately blocked my withdrawal request and asked me for ID for verification. I sent them passport, bank statement, bank card, driving licence. They took 6 days to reply and said it wasn't enough. I needed a signed document from a solicitor!!!! this is when it became clear they are scam betting agency.

DO NOT USE

Vermin

These vermin won't let you *deposit*(!) a mere £10 without sending ID and proof of address, even though you use your debit card. None of any other casinos I use did this, or anything remotely similar with deposits *or* withdrawals. Joke - avoid.

Refused to payout without insane and impossiblle verification

Refused to payout without verification. A thirty pound bet so not really a money laundering threat. Like others i received a patronizing email and a request for a ludicrous and impossible amount of verification. Also it would effectively allow someone to quickly assume your identity. Avoid these like the plague, Shocking company.
