We are the official UK distributor for Redback boots; premium leather work boots made in Australia. Please note - we are no longer replying to any messages or reviews of our business, left by anonymous users on Trustpilot. As there are multiple instances of non-genuine reviews appearing on our pages and subsequently being upheld by Trustpilot (an extremely unfair practice) we will no longer be using the "Trust" Pilot service. Please feel free to add to the non-genuine reviews that already exist here on our page. We won't read them but maybe they will help out an unsuspecting anonymous customer that doesn't exist. We will not be held ransom by TrustPilot or random clandestine actors and bots. Cheers!

A bitter sweet experience. I originally wanted blundstones but they don't make my size, UK14. Redbacks do and the boots have served me well for a year.... Just a year. The sole has started to separate on the toe. Very disappointing. My wife has blundstones and never had an issue like this. We both wear them for the same stuff, the same amount of wear and the Redbacks disappoint unfortunately because they're a nice boot, and comfortable. For the money, I dont think they are worth it, I can get cheap boots to last me a year, I bought rebacks because I thought they would be an investment.
Great product used daily while carrying out my gardening work last at least a couple of seasons through all weathers

Sent an email four days ago about my boots that I paid a small fortune for falling apart. Crickets. No response. They have my money so no need to respond. I will not be purchasing another pair.
I don't have an 'order number' because I purchased them at a retailer in Doncaster...[enter "oh but we didn't sell you the boots..."spiel] well some genius thought it a good idea to name the company 'Redback Boots UK' which strongly suggests that you are a UK satellite of the Australian manufacturer and therefore represent the brand. Hence why you are copping all the reviews for the inferior product you sell. Besides, my complaint was as much about the fact that nobody responded to my email as the boots themselves. Might be time to save yourself further grief by rebranding, and hiring people who can be bothered to do their jobs.

Let me first state I wore Redback boots religiously for 15 year. They are comfortable out of the box. I always kept a NEW pair in the box ready to go when the old ones were done.
Now as to why I won't wear Redbacks anymore.
Late last year I decided to cycle out my old boots and put the new boots into service. Approximately 2 weeks into using these NEW boots the air chamber on one of the boots tore open and makes a noise while walking.
I contacted USA Redback in Southern California. I explained my issue and I was told there is no warranty past 6 months after purchase. Now over the years I have been a great proponent of these boots. I figured Redbback would stand behind their products. I was wrong.
Now being they had been on reserve for a couple years. I sent them pictures of the New failed pair and pictures of my old retired boots as proof and comparison. I at least expected some help. That was a big fat NO. And my interpretation of the emails to me were a bit condescending. We pay upwards of $200 US for these boots. And when there is an issue, you had better not have purchased them more than 6 Months ago or they will shut you down l faster than you hang up on a spam call. Since I am in the Security Services realm, I am on my feet most of the day. I need support, comfort as well as durability. I did find another boot that meets the first two, the third will be time will tell. If Redback is willing to just throw a longtime customer away. They really do not care about their product and care less about the customer.

Excellent quality product and excellent customer service. Have been wearing redbacks for years at work and don’t plan on changing any time soon!

In this age where you can always find someone to do something a little worse for a little less money it is very hard to find a trustworthy manufacturer whose boots won't fall apart after six months. Redbacks came recommended by a Canadian friend who works on his feet all his time as "basically indestructible" and that seems right; four years of daily wear at everything from shopping runs to mountains and still going strong.

I am a plasterer and have used Redback boots for the last 5 years, can honestly say I will use these for the rest of my career. 100/100 for comfort and durability. I dont need to, but I replace my yearly as a treat to myself as I love the feeling of a fresh pair on my first day back at work after the new year! Make the purchase, you will not be disappointed 😊

I don’t normally leave reviews but after reading some of the more negative comments I thought I’d chip in! I have Red Wind Iron Rangers, Grant Stone, multiple Jim Greens and 2 pairs of Red Backs. These are my most used as they offer trainer comfort with boot styling. The trade off for the soft and comfortable sole is that if you don’t wear them regularly and leave them in a cupboard they can break down. This is widely known on the internet. I’ve had both my pairs for 2 years and they are perfect. I won’t hesitate to buy them again or recommend them.

The best ankle boots I’ve ever bought!
Incredible quality and so comfortable.
It must be noted that, like many shoes/boots, they do need ‘wearing in’ as I did find the boot quite snug fitting over the top of my foot but bear with it as once they have ‘given’ a little you won’t regret it!
I won’t be buying any other boot for leisure or work!

Fantastic boots.
Just so comfy to work, walk and go out and about in. Keep your feet dry and warm all day. I didn’t need steel toe caps but I bought a pair for my son again fantastic.
Bonus also makes me slightly taller 😂😂
Highly recommend to anyone.

Premier League of boots, beats the competition hands down with superior quality and comfort.

I've worn this type of boot since returning from Australia in 96. Have worn Redbacks since 2005 and I find them extremely comfortable, long lasting and reliable in all conditions.

We now have two pairs of redbacks from Redbackboots.co.uk - both times shipping was quick and easy, as described boots - and good communication.
Both my wife and youngest have a pair and swear by how comfy they are. Plus, they are not easy on footwear (I do most of the "maintenance"!) and they have lasted really well, with little obvious wear.
Now its my turn to order a pair!

They are the most comfortable dealer boots I have ever had. And I have quite a lot in my life! So well made too. I have had them nearly a year now and they are as good as new.

My feet are naturally problematic, so even though I measure UK 8+Half, I end up buying UK 10 and UK 10+Half.
With Redback, im a straight 9.
Roomy, and snug, is Redback.
Superb, and Trendy- I wear them to the pub.
Obviously I prefer soft Nose boots!
