Great guidance and knowledge
Myself and husband had a call with a lovely chap called Joe who made sense of all the options open to us and what would be more budget friendly etc he worked at getting us the best quotes, which they were compared to other sites we’d tried. Waste of my time
Been trying to get in contact with them and they don't answer their voicemails or WhatsApp messages or reply to their comments on Facebook. They sent me trust forms to sign 9 months ago and they got returned to me by Royal Mail who said they don't have a license at the address, I've been trying to send them back so I can make sure my money goes to my daughter in a trust if I pass before she turns 18 but can't get through to anyone. Wouldnt bother with them I'm going to go directly to Scottish widows instead

Cannot recommend enough, Red and Kieran 10/10
The initial part of the service was smooth and friendly, made me and my partner feel very comfortable throughout and was very helpful and informative. The after sales service has genuinely been second to none, any queries or updates we needed were responded to and dealt with in a timely manner and again was very informative. What I thought was best was that our advisor Kieran Patani consistently checked in via email and phone and went above and beyond to ensure I felt looked after. He contacted me directly multiple times to ensure he was chasing up things we needed and took full ownership of any problems we had (which were not the fault of the company). I cannot recommend Red enough and have to say Kieran is a massive credit to the company, fantastic professional and personable manner, just an all round top bloke. Very happy with the service I have received and do not have one bad thing to say about either Red, Kieran or any of the advisors I dealt with. Have recommended to my family and will happily recommend to anyone who needs it.
Nobody wants to think about when life insurance might be needed, but dealing with these chaps has been nothing short of a pleasure. Thank you Red and Kieran for making the process simple and something I enjoyed sorting out
