Undrinkable cappuccino and indifferent staff
Min veninde og jeg skulle have kaffe inden show i Viften, og vi valgte desværre R&Y.
Vi fik to kopper udrikkelige cappuccino, men da vi gjorde opmærksom på det, blev vi bare mødt med "øhm, ej, det er jeg ked af...jeg ved ikke rigtig, hvad jeg kan sige/gøre", og vi endte med at gå derfra 78 kr. fattigere og uden at have fået kaffe. ØV!
Det absolut mindste, vi måske havde forventet, var, at de kunne se på kaffen, spørge ind til, hvad der var galt, så andre ikke fik samme oplevelse. Og ja, måske man kunne have tilbudt os nye kaffer.

My friend and I wanted to get coffee before a show at Viften and unfortunately we chose to visit Red&Yellow.
We were served two cups of undrinkable cappucciono, but when we notified the staff about it, they replied with "uhm, I'm sorry about that...I don't know what I can say/do" and we ended up having spent 78 kr but not having coffee.
I would imagine that the absolute least they could have done would be to ask to see the coffee, ask what the problem was, so it didn't happen to others. And I don't know, they could have perhaps offered to replace our coffees.
