We had reached our shortlist of candidates for a key role in our organisation, to be sure on selection we thought a few quick tests and assessments would support our final choice of applicant. The RTNA team was quick and helpful to guide me on the portal and advise on which tests and assessments would suit our needs best. Verbal & Numeracy Reasoning, Grammar and Leadership Behaviour a nice mix. The reports are instant and insightful. The pay-as-you-go with no subscription works great as we only hire infrequent and we did not want a standing charge next month. Highly recommended, keep up the great work and customer service.

I found the trial week RTA provided really useful in giving me the opportunity to get to know the range of tests offered, select the ones most suitable to our needs, and to get an idea of our existing norm group scores for the tests. It also meant we knew what the user experience was going to be. There is a really wide range of tests on offer.

Jesse and Sharaz were very responsive in answering questions that I had. I was sending to nearly 200 candidates, so RTNA sent the tests out to candidates for me - all I needed to provide was a spreadsheet of email addresses, which was a big time saver for me. There were remarkably few queries from the initial test launch, and all of those were resolved (mostly by reminding "check your spam"!). Results have come back in spreadsheet format, so easy to manipulate. I am very satisfied with my first experience with RTNA and would recommend, and use again.

A candidate testing service that is a real must have in todays job market. The time that this service has saved me by reducing wasted hours on unsuitable candidates that dont hit the mark cannot be overstated.

I assumed recruitment companies were recruitment companies, and that was that... but Recruitment Tests have found a USP which genuinely sets them apart. A very interesting premise, which helped me find a varied selection of candidates, all fitting the brief I supplied.
