very unprofessional, time wasting. went to view a car, car had a split fuel line. made us try to fix it whilst he stood there and watched. said would then deliver the car as not driveable. delayed it and delayed it then got blocked. do not use this company!! will be taking this further aswell. massive scam. and scumbag of a man

Donna was a fantastic help on the phone and managed to get me a recovery vehicle and separate transport all the way from Bridgend to Norfolk very quickly.

Very prompt after midnight fantastic service well done and I did not feel like I’d been robbed! I expected to be charged more.

I hit a pothole and burst a tyre at midday. Reporting procedure was quick and efficient, however AA came after 2 hours of reporting and I had to wait in the car in the middle of the road with 60m/ph road.

Great service. Had a beyond repair tyre on a Friday evening in the pouring rain. I text them and within 1 minute they’d replied and arranged to come replace my tyre. I was back on the road working 45 minutes of contacting them.

I hit a pothole and burst a tyre. The AA came out and recommended this service. They came within 30 minutes and fitted a new tyre. I got home and they even texted to ask if I got home safely. Very good service and I was very grateful to have the help on a cold dark night.

Ash and his team arrived promptly following a call-out from the AA via my insurance company. The service was exceptionally friendly and the recovery was handled quickly and professionally. I couldn’t fault the experience at all. Many thanks to Ash and the team.
