Setting up the computer with a PIN.
When I got the computer it had a noisy cooling fan. Recompute asked me to return it to be fixed. When they got it back, I was asked for the PIN I had given the computer, but the technician got into the computer within hours, before I could get back to him with the PIN.
The cooling fan is no longer noisy, but I'm now unable to start to start the computer.

Very good service
So far, everything has gone well. Delivered promptly. I had to get a particular DP to HD female adaptor to connect to a screen. I'm yet to check it works ok.

Needed a good fast laptop with a touchscreen also and they had it.
Yhe laptop may be refurbished, but you wouln't know the difference from new.
Wouls definately use them again.
