I can only warn to use this company due to their horrible communication attitudes. They don’t answer, and if they answer they don’t respect not the name of the gender, you just get standardised copy and paste answers. Finally after two years and a lot of writings and putting them a lot of pressure, I finally got my compensation. Not recommendable at all.

If you don’t put pressure on them, you won’t see your money.

After informing me that they had won the court case, I asked for the official documentation to verify that it was legitimate (it was). However, a full year passed and I still hadn’t received any payment. Every time I contacted the company, I received automated responses from “Coral” (who I doubt even exists).

Eventually, I contacted the company’s manager directly on LinkedIn and explained the situation. I also informed him that if I did not receive my payment (or at least a transfer confirmation) within that same week, I would escalate the matter to Consumer Defense Court.

The next day, the manager replied and asked for my bank account details.

Four days after submitting my documentation, I finally received the compensation (Date of experience)

I am giving one star because I believe the payment was only processed after they saw where I work and realised that I was prepared to escalate the matter. I believe that, under normal circumstances, they would have continued to withhold my money.

I will not use this service again and am writing this review to warn other travellers.

Beware of Reclamio (now operating as CUSTOMER CARE TECHNOLOGIES S.L.) – they are a total scam! The person behind this fraud is Jordi Mercader Sanjuan, and their entire business model is based on deception.

They promise to help recover compensation from airlines, but once they receive the money, they keep it for themselves and never pay you a dime! After countless emails and attempts to contact them, they just ignore you or give endless excuses.

They are stealing people’s rightful claims and profiting from it. Avoid this company at all costs! If you’ve already been scammed, report them immediately to consumer protection agencies and legal authorities. Do not trust them!

I just claimed and want to cancel my claim same day.
I can't find any cancel request page.
So, I just emailed their email .
At the same time as the cancellation request, I request that you delete my family's personal information. You must never sell or use our personal information.

Trying to charge me €515,46 for a service they haven't provided. I'm a single mother that works hard, that is struggling like most people right now. I don't have this money. This is really affecting my mental health

DO NOT USE! Over one year later. Only when threatened with action against them they try to settle taking 75%of the settlement fee. If you want to use a company use money saving expert. Their resolver site was down. I REGRET USING THIS VERY MUCH

They didn’t investigate my case fully and now they ask for 768,11 euros for nothing are you joking guys 😂 I can give you zero only

I have been waiting for a refund from them for over two months. They keep telling me I'll receive it in a few weeks without giving me a proper timeframe. Stay away from them. Will never use them again as I don't trus that I will ever see this money.
