We bought a lovely product from this…

We bought a lovely product from this company but their representative recommended a shoddy fitter which meant the floor was not properly laid and it buckled. There have been other problems associated with this fitter's poor work, and despite many emails to the company RFC have not given replied satisfactorily, nor even recommended a qualified fitter despite requests. The experience has been deeply disappointing. I cannot recommend the much vaunted fitting or the customer service in this instance. The product should have been brilliant, but in the event has been one I regret buying.
