I ordered stuff from them, they sent it to my adress and gave it away to some random person all my items, they did not ask for ID or signature, simply gave it away to someone. I never received any money back in fact they told me to talk wiht DHL, but after I filled all documents and wrote many letters to them, theh just never replied to me. I lost my money for their incompetence. Not trust worthy website, they do not care about anything after receiving money. Stay away from them

The phone is okay and working good but the screen har scratches on it and u didn't mantion anything about it!!

Customer service seems to be bad as every other company in the Netherlands, because we did send and email to ask a question and didn't receive an answer, however we did receive the phone in good shape as promised so they are honest.

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered an iphone for 800 euros that never arrived (DHL tracking says that the parcel never moved from Germany!) and now they are telling me that it will take at least 6 to 8 weeks to be investigated before they can do anything.

Can't say anything about buying but I sold them a couple of items and never had any issues. Really fast payment and they don't look for any excuses just to reduce the price. Great experience overall!

This has been the worst experience I’ve had with your company. I purchased an iPhone15 in October and waited at home on the delivery day. To my shock, I later saw a notification stating that the package had been delivered—but I did not sign for it, nor did I receive it.

I immediately reported the issue to both your company and DHL. I was promised a response within 10 days, and then told that an investigation would take up to 8 weeks. It has now been monthssssss, and I am still waiting for a resolution. The complete lack of accountability and failure to deliver is utterly unacceptable. Now Rebuy ask me to put pressure on DHL because they can't offer a solution.

I ordered two Google Pixel phones a few weeks apart in the "very good" category, and they were both delivered promptly and in perfect condition. I'm much happier buying second-hand phones, both for economic and sustainable reasons.

Sent a device to Rebuy in February and got lost with DPD. Initially I was told that an invetsigation has been opened and it will take some time to be solved. Today I received a message saying that without the IMEI(which I don't have anymore) nothing can be done. So I am missing the iPad and also no payout. Horrible experience

Alright ! Telefphone is very god working

As many others have noted, this appears to be a pseudo-scam where some customers get unlucky. I sent in a few items, including two good pairs of airpods, and was told the box was coincidentally empty when it arrived. DPD shows they picked up a box which weighed the correct amount. I wouldn't have even gotten this explanation unless I contacted customer service first to ask why it was taking so long to get the payment. Don't bother with this company - they'll steal your stuff and blame it on you.
