I’ve brought 3 iPhones from reboxed for the wife my daughter and my son we have not had one problem. Phones work great in better condition than was advertised fast delivery just about to order a my 4th phone for myself, would give more than five stars if I could and definitely have been recommending to family and friends.

Quality of the reconditioned phones, the choice, the navigation and filtering available on the website, customer service, communication and delivery times were all, absolutely top tier, 10/10 5* service. Thanks guys

From ordering to delivery, everything was spot on.
Communication was good, but it would be nice if you had a phone number to call, as it took a number of days for you to reply to my messages. It aas my error in the first place, but to speak to a human, it could have been resolved

I like the proactive approach
I did not like difference in prices but you honoured the sale when I returned my Google mobile to yourselves . I liked that you sent secure packaging and using a QR code made sending the handset straight forward. I chose Reboxed because it's a small independent company and offers some ethical background.

I ordered a excellent condition Samsumg s 24 ultra. This phone did not disappoint runs smooth and in perfect condition. I had plenty of communication with reboxed they emailed me every step of the way. Even rearranged my delivery date to a date more suitable date for me. Very quick service and I was complete happy with my new phone. I ordered the average quality one expecting to see a few marks etc as per the description, but on arrival I couldn’t believe its perfect condition, even looking fit faults I couldn’t find any. Super pleased.
