A bad experience.
It was by far one of my worst experiences working with a "payment gateway". After carefully reviewing many options we decided to go with them to handle payments for our company under the promise of important featuees for us. Those features were never developed.
Then in the middle of our integration they unilaterally and without much notice decided to impose impossible conditions to maintain the service. We were forced, without assistance from their side, to switch back to our payment gateway losing hundreds of subscribers in the process.
They even withheld our funds until we finish the migration, money that we earned through our sales and they won't pay out until we finish the migration.
In my opinion is not a serious company. They don't honor their commitments and are not willing to work with startups that decided to work and support them.
