We shipped your order on the 3rd, same day as when you made the order. Unfortunately this time of year is always extremely busy for the postal services and couriers. Due to Black Friday and Christmas shopping. Delays are therefore rather common unfortunately.
I can see from the tracking that your order has been delivered in the meantime. Normally shipping to France is 3-4 days. This time it unfortunately took 10 days. Even though we did our best to handle your order quickly and the shipping is not something we have any control over. I apologies for the delay.

Bar controls arrived promptly. no damages to anything in the package. Super excited to complete my build. The buttons seem to be in working order (haven't powered them yet ) but I will say they look a little smaller than I expected as I mock-mounted them on the bars. Now that being said , they feel great on the handlebars.
