Total SCAM
I earned 8% ($11.84) on a $148 order with PetMeds, 12% ($5.04) on a $42 order with Chewy on 12/16/2022, 4% ($1.60) on a $40 order from Titan Fitness on 7/1/2022 and a $15 signup bonus. As of today, 4/26/2026, I have still not received a CENT of the $33.48 cash back I am owed from this total scam of a website.

We did not receive commission from the merchants for the orders you mentioned. Cashback can only be issued once the merchant reports and pays the commission to us.
We’re also concerned that you didn’t reach out to our support team at the time of these purchases. If something appears missing, we strongly encourage users to contact us as soon as possible; there’s no need to wait. Unfortunately, missing cashback claims must be submitted within 90 days of the order date, and orders from 2022 are well beyond that timeframe, so we’re no longer able to investigate or submit claims for them.
We’re always here to help and would have gladly looked into this earlier. If you have any recent transactions you’d like us to review, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team.

Still have not received my cash back
Still have not received my cash back. Takes months and months, maybe, if I receive it. So far I’ve used it many times and the cash back sits “pending”. Virtually useless
